Experience

"The experience I have gained over the years dealing with so many different criminal cases has convinced me that the average person can receive a fair shake even when up against a large and intimidating system, if they have experience and dedicated defence counsel advocating on their behalf. This is what I have to offer"

During his more than 21 years as a practicing criminal lawyer, Sean has defended just about every kind of criminal case imaginable, from minor crimes like theft and fraud to manslaughter and murder. Kyle Brown of the Canadian Forces in his widely publicized court-martial over events which took place during the war in Somalia. More recently, Sean represented a defendant in a high profile case in which a murder charge was first reduced to manslaughter, a charge from which his client was later acquitted.
